Nadia Watts at The Metropolitan Museum of Art

About Nadia Watts

Creativity and design have shaped Nadia Watts’s life from an early age. The great-great-granddaughter of Louis Comfort Tiffany and the daughter of an art educator, she developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, color, and the power of art to shape interiors.

That early exposure to art and history continued during her time assisting a curator in the American Decorative Arts Department at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. These formative experiences shaped Nadia’s belief that interiors should feel thoughtfully collected—spaces where architecture, antiques, and personal history come together.

Today, Nadia creates layered interiors shaped by art, history, and the stories of the people who live in them. Known for her thoughtful use of color, texture, and craftsmanship, she works closely with clients to design homes that feel timeless, personal, and deeply connected to their architecture and surroundings.

With more than two decades of experience in the interior design industry, Nadia founded Nadia Watts Interior Design in 2009. From her Denver-based studio, she works with clients nationwide, designing custom homes, historic renovations, and interiors that often incorporate significant art and furniture collections.

Nadia’s collaborative approach and meticulous attention to detail have earned her a loyal clientele, many of whom return for multiple homes and refer friends and family. Her projects balance function, history, and artistry, resulting in interiors that feel both refined and deeply livable.

Nadia Watts Interior Design works on custom homes, renovations, and furnishings, guiding each project from concept through completion. Nadia curates project teams tailored to each client and home, collaborating with architects, contractors, artisans, and specialists to realize each design with care and precision.
