Congress Park Bungalow

Located in Denver’s historic Congress Park neighborhood, this early 20th-century bungalow was thoughtfully reimagined to honor its architectural character while supporting modern living. Nadia Watts Interior Design worked closely with the homeowners to create interiors that feel warm, personal, and quietly refined.

Original details—including hardwood floors and classic millwork—were carefully preserved, providing a foundation for layered furnishings and contemporary touches. A soft, neutral palette carries throughout the home, allowing texture, materials, and curated pieces to add depth and warmth.

Living spaces were subtly reconfigured to improve flow and natural light, creating rooms that feel open and welcoming. In the kitchen, traditional cabinetry pairs with modern appliances to balance heritage and everyday functionality.

Bedrooms and private areas offer calm retreats composed with soft textiles, thoughtful lighting, and understated details that respect the home’s historic character.

The result is a bungalow that feels timeless yet comfortably modern—where history and contemporary living come together with ease.
